Welcome to Peaks and Valleys Health! As a licensed clinical social worker and certified mastectomy fitter, I offer comprehensive and compassionate services to support you.  Our mission is to help bring empathy and care to your healthcare needs.   

 

Our goal is to support you through the Peaks and Valleys of life, helping you to feel supported and confident along the way.  We offer a full line of mastectomy and lymphedema products including prosthesis, bras, compression, and garments for your post surgery and ongoing needs.

Women are entitled to a variety of products following breast surgery-including post surgical bras, temporary breast prosthesis while going through their surgical journey, silicone breast prosthesis following lumpectomy and mastectomies, mastectomy bras and more.  Through the Women's Health and Cancer Rights Act, benefits are available to women through all stages of mastectomies  and reconstruction.  Wherever you are in your journey, we have products to support you and help you feel confident again.

In addition, the Lymphedema Treatment Act ensures Medicare coverage of daytime and nighttime lymphedema garments when prescribed by your physician.  Most private insurance companies provide some benefits as well.

While we work with most insurances, please note that HMO plans do require pre-authorization for products.  Please let us know in advance of your appointment if you have an HMO so that we may reach out to your insurance for authorization.
